This week, Eskil Muan Sæther began his position as administrative coordinator of MishMash. He will be physically based at the University of Oslo but will work virtually with everyone in the network.

Eskil most recently served as a senior adviser at Arts and Culture Norway (Kulturdirektoratet), where he primarily worked on schemes for financial support for the music sector. He has previous administrative experience from the Norwegian Academy of Music and the Norwegian Society of Composers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in performance (Conservatory of Amsterdam), a master’s degree in musicology (University of Oslo), and a one-year programme in administration and leadership (Norwegian Academy of Music).
